At Kimes Ranch, we stand by the quality of our premium denim and apparel; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and packing slip, ensuring all original tags are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
